Machine-vision cameras integrated into our labeling lines recognize every product on the conveyor before labeling, so the correct label is always applied to the correct product. A second camera checks the application afterward, automatically rejecting any product that is mislabeled or missing a label so it never reaches later stages. All recognition and quality data is shared live with ERP, Chestny Znak, and the Production Tracking System (ÜTS) — turning labeling and traceability into a single integrated flow.
